If a light duty <br />assignment is made available, the Chief or his designee will determine the <br />assignment, length of assignment and work schedule based upon the <br />restrictions provided by the treating physician. The light duty assignment <br />will not exceed six months without approval of the Chief. This section is not <br />intended to be more restrictive than applicable state and federal law, <br />including RCW 41.04.505 and RCW 41.04.520. <br />ARTICLE 10 - HOLIDAYS <br />SECTION 10.1. Employees shall receive holidays in accordance with existing <br />City ordinances, at times, which are mutually agreeable to both the Employer <br />and the employee. <br />A. Holidays Listed. Patrol — Patrol bargaining unit employees will be given a one - <br />hundred -twenty (120) holiday hour bank during each <br />anniversary year of the current collective bargaining agreement, <br />in lieu of receiving holidays under Section 10.1A above.
