the degree attained. <br />SECTION 11.3 In Service Training Agreements. Employees who are <br />provided long-term training (in excess of four consecutive weeks) as a result <br />of an assignment can be required, as a condition of assignment, to enter into <br />a reimbursement agreement for costs of specialized training. Reimbursement <br />would be computed based upon term of the agreement, which shall not <br />exceed twenty-four (24) months (i.e., 1/24th per month on a 24-month <br />contract). Training costs will be estimated at the time the contract is <br />presented. Actual repayment will be based on actual or estimated costs, <br />whichever is lower. <br />ARTICLE 12 - VACATIONS <br />SECTION 12.1 Vacation Hours.
