Demolition Agreement: Public Safety Plan - Public Works Shops Phase 1 <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of Change Order No. 5 to Contract 18-001 with Lydig <br />Construction in the amount of $73,707 for demolition of the Lifestyles landscape building and <br />the former coffee shop building on the new Public Works shops site. Committee members <br />decided to forward this to Committee of the Whole with no recommendation as it relates to the <br />overall Public Works Master Plan. NO RECOMMENDATION. FORWARD TO OCTOBER 28, 2019 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. <br />D. Consultant Contract: Water & Sewer Comprehensive Plans <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with Carollo Engineers in the amount of <br />$460,392.00 to update the Water and Sewer Utilities Comprehensive Plans. The Washington <br />State Department of Health requires the update every six years and Carollo completed the last <br />update in 2015. $560,000 was budgeted. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD TO NOVEMBER <br />4, 2019 REGULAR CONSENT AGENDA. <br />II.
