Call to Order, Roll Call & Introduction of Guests: Chair Cynthia Chesak called the meeting to order <br />at 6:01pm. <br />Attendance: <br />Commission Members Present: Cynthia Chesak, Pinky Estell, Sheila Coppola, Trisha Gilmore, Helen <br />Enguerra, Jaleh Sadravi <br />Commission Members Absent: Dylan Mahler <br />Staff: Tracy Gallaway, TAC Staff Liaison <br />Guests: None <br />2. Approval of Agenda: Helen Enguerra moved to accept the agenda. Pinky Estell seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />3. Approval of Minutes: Pinky Estell moved to accept the minutes for 8.28.19 Trisha Gilmore <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Unfinished Business: <br />a. PAC Assessment & Next Steps — Pinky Estell has prepared a list of stakeholders and will be <br />completing the assessment this fall. <br />b. Rotating Art Display Wall —The next artist on display will be Lily Hotchkiss, for November and <br />December. <br />c. Fall Arts Activities/National Arts & Humanities Month — several activities have been planned for <br />this fall. Some of the planned Silver Kite Arts workshops have been canceled due to lack of <br />interest. <br />d. Updates for Artist in Residence & Southcenter District Art Project (LTAC Funded) <br />Artist in Residence Program <br />1. AiR River Artist Sarah Kavage: Sarah has been away at another project site but will be <br />returning in early November. <br />2. AiR TIB Artist Olisa Enrico -Johnson has two active projects: TIB Mural Project and Stories <br />of Arrival (recording project).
