1-22 Textin2 While Driving and Distracted Driving <br />Contractor shall promote policies and initiatives for its employees and other personnel that adopt <br />and promote safety policies to decrease crashes by distracted drivers, including policies to ban text <br />messaging while driving consistent with Executive Order No. 13513, "Federal Leadership on <br />Reducing Text Messaging While Driving," October 1, 2009,23 U.S.C. § 402 note, and DOT Order <br />3902.10, "Text Messaging While Driving," December 30, 2009. This provision shall be included <br />in each third parry subcontract involving this project. <br />1-23 Use of $1 Coins <br />The Contractor and the County agree to comply with Section 104 of the Presidential $1 Coin Act <br />of 2005, 31 U.S.C.
