Exhibit "B" <br />Compensation <br />Compensation for the Southside Promise outlined above shall be as follows: <br />The City agrees to compensate the Contractor $50,000 for the services outlined in the scope of work <br />outlined in Exhibit "A". The City shall provide an initial payment of $10,000 to the Contractor. Thereafter <br />Contractor shall bill the City monthly as follows: <br />Date of Invoice <br />Amount <br />August 31, 2020 <br />$5,000.00 <br />September 30, 2020 <br />$5,000.00 <br />October 31, 2020 <br />$5,000.00 <br />November 30, 2020 <br />$5,000.00 <br />December 31, 2020 <br />$5,000.00 <br />January 31, 2021 <br />$5,000.00 <br />February 28, 2021 <br />$5,000.00 <br />March 31, 2021 <br />$5,000.00 <br />City shall have 30-days from date of invoice to remit payment. <br />Reporting <br />Contractor shall provide the following monthly reports with each request for payment: <br />a. Web analytics showing total number of sessions and view of the campaign's webpage. City <br />may ask for other information available on google analytics or other service used by the <br />Contractor. <br />b. Total number of Tukwila businesses provided assistance by Contractor. <br />c. Total number of "Safe Start Toolkits" distributed to Tukwila businesses. <br />d. Examples of any press releases, social media, or other media colleteral highlighting the <br />campaign. <br />e. With the final invoice for this Agreement, Contractor shall submit the following lodging tax <br />reporting information to the City: <br />a. Overall attendance at your proposed event/activity/facility. <br />b. Number of people who will travel fewer than 50 miles for your event/activity. <br />c. Number of people who will travel more than 50 miles for your event/activity. <br />d. Of the people who travel more than 50 miles, the number of people who will <br />travel from another country or state. <br />e. Of the people who travel more than 50 miles, the number of people who will <br />stay overnight in Tukwila. <br />f. Of the people staying overnight, the number of people who will stay in PAID <br />accommodations (hotel/motel/bed-breakfast) in Tukwila. <br />g. Number of paid lodging room nights resulting from your proposed event/ <br />activity/facility (for example: 25 paid rooms on Friday and 50 paid rooms on <br />Saturday = 75 paid lodging room nights) <br />CA Revised May 2020 <br />54 <br />Page 6 of 4 <br />
