Prepare Final Water quality recommendations. (BHC Lead) <br />Recommendations may include surveying, condition inspection, sampling, and modeling <br />to better characterize the existing system and condition of Tukwila Pond. Identify the <br />locations where water quality improvements could be most impactful. Water quality <br />improvements may include stand-alone units like Filterra, cartridge -type filters, more <br />traditional water quality vaults, or an emerging technology from the Ecology TAPE <br />program. There may also be an opportunity to reclaim clean roof runoff from <br />surrounding buildings, and direct it to Tukwila Pond. <br />Identify opportunities for easements (BHC lead) <br />Identify opportunities for improved connectivity to the park site and surrounding context. <br />This final identification of easements will be based on further refinement in discussions <br />with the City about the Draft Master Plan design. Final identification documents can be <br />tailored to their intended audience: staff, elected, specific landowners, and/or the public. <br />Task F Deliverables <br />1. Final master plan 11 — 60' <br />2. 2 Final detail area plans <br />3. Revised context map with linkage and known development projects <br />4. Up to 5 final sections (4 refined 1 new) <br />5. Up to 1 Perspective sketch <br />6. Final Cost estimate <br />7. Final Wayfinding <br />8. Final architectural concepts <br />9. Final water quality recommendations <br />10. Final Easement opportunities memo (and graphic) <br />11. Final Master Plan Design Memo (up to 2 pages) <br />Task G — Public & Stakeholder Involvement/ Team Meetings <br />In coordination with City staff, and design team members JAB will engage the Stakeholder <br />group, and the general public in the planning process, including workshops and meetings. <br />Meetings will be designed to be interactive. Meeting notices, final agenda, meeting notes and <br />mailings will be provided by the City. Boards or PowerPoint presentations will be provided by <br />JAB prior to each public meeting. <br />Meetings will likely be primarily accomplished using a virtual meeting process whether zoom, <br />Microsoft teams or other digital platform. The City will organize and host any online digital <br />platform for virtual meetings. <br />As part of the Master Plan design process, JAB will assist ith public meeting facilitation, <br />J.A.
