Call to Order, Roll Call & Introduction of Guests: Chair Sheila Coppola called the meeting to order at 6pm. <br />Attendance: <br />Commission Members Present: Cynthia Chesak, Pinky Estell, Sheila Coppola, Trisha Gilmore, Jaleh Sadravi, <br />Helen Enguerra, Shawn Belyea and Dylan Mahler <br />Commission Members Absent: n/a <br />Staff: Tracy Gallaway <br />Council Member(s): <br />Guests: <br />2. Approval of Agenda: Helen Enguerra moved to accept the agenda. Cynthia Chesak seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />3. Approval of Minutes: Trisha Gilmore moved to accept the minutes for 2.26.20 meeting. Jaleh Sadravi <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Unfinished Business: <br />a. Baker Blvd Art Project update - <br />5. New Business: <br />a. Summer Arts Engagement Ideas <br />i. Mobile Recreation <br />ii. Park "pop up" art <br />iii. 4C Touring Arts Roster — Presenter Incentive Program <br />b. PSP —Facility Openings (Station 51— August; Justice Center —September) <br />6. Commission/Staff Report Outs: <br />o Tracy Gallaway, Staff Liaison: <br />o Sheila Coppola: Pastor Jan Bolerjack is interested in learning about funding opportunities through <br />the Arts Commission. It was suggested to invite her to a future meeting to share information about <br />music programs she offers to the community. <br />o Pinky Estell — Non-profit student art spaces is a new non-profit that is organized and run by teens. <br />Pinky suggested extending an invite to the group to attend a future meeting so commissioners can <br />learn about what they are doing. Mr. Estell has finished meeting with the Tukwila School District <br />regarding the Performing Arts Center, he will provide a report at the next meeting. <br />o Cynthia Chesak/Dylan Mahler — Ms. Chesak and Mr. Mahler provided information about the Foster <br />High School construction project and support from the Washington State Arts Commission to install <br />artwork. They are working with a group of school district representatives and will report back as <br />
