Exhibit F <br />Enhanced Licensing Support Services — Terms of Service (Optional) <br />The County is prepared to offer Enhanced Licensing Support Services to the City subject to <br />the terms and conditions described herein, between a City and the County having <br />executed the Enhanced Licensing Support Services Agreement and Acknowledgement <br />form ("Acknowledgement"). The provisions of this Exhibit are optional and shall not be <br />effective unless this Exhibit is executed by both the City and the County and both parties <br />have entered into the underlying Animal Services Interlocal Agreement (the <br />"Agreement"). <br />A. Service Requests, Submittal: Requests for the County to provide Enhanced Licensing <br />Support Services should be made by submitting the Enhanced Licensing Support <br />Services Acknowledgment form (Attachment A to this Exhibit F) to the County <br />between June 30 and December 1 of the calendar year prior to year in which such <br />services are requested ("Service Year"). A separate Acknowledgment shall be <br />submitted for each Service Year, unless specified otherwise in the Acknowledgement <br />between the City and the County. The Acknowledgement form shall identify the <br />Revenue Target (the amount of licensing revenue estimated to be gained through <br />Enhanced Licensing Support Services) requested by the City. <br />B. County to Determine Service Availability: The County will determine whether it has <br />capacity to provide the requested service based on whether it has staff and other <br />resources available, and consistent with the priorities stated. in Section 7.c of the <br />Agreement. The County may adjust the Licensing Revenue Target based on the <br />capacity of the County to fulfill the requested service. <br />C. Services Provided by County, , Cost: The County will determine the Enhanced <br />Licensing Support Service activities it will undertake to achieve the Licensing Revenue <br />Target. Activities may include, but are not limited to canvassing, mailings, calls to <br />non -renewals. In completing Attachment A to confirm its ability to provide Enhanced <br />Licensing Support Services to the City, the County shall identify the cost for such <br />service for the applicable Service Year or years if more than one year is requested. If <br />the City accepts the County's proposed costs, it shall so signify by countersigning <br />Attachment A. <br />D. Services Provided by CitX: Active participation, by the City is an important success <br />factor in the overall pet licensing process.
