Section 2. The Council Committee meeting schedule is as follows:
<br />1. Transportation and Infrastructure Services Committee meetings shall be
<br />held on the second and fourth Monday of every month commencing at 5:30 p.m. This
<br />Committee will provide policy recommendations on legislative matters relating to
<br />transportation, traffic, streets, water, sewer, surface water, power, street lighting and
<br />signals, solid waste and recycling, river basins and levees, aviation, telecommunications,
<br />shops facilities, fleet, and other ad hoc matters as assigned. While the Governor's
<br />Proclamation 20-28 is in effect, the meeting will be conducted electronically with
<br />telephonic access published on each agenda. When in-person meetings resume, the
<br />location will be in the Foster conference room, 6300 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila,
<br />Washington.
<br />2. Planning and Community Development Committee meetings shall be
<br />held on the first and third Monday of every month commencing at 5:30 p.m. This
<br />Committee will provide policy recommendations on legislative matters relating to housing
<br />policies and programs, planning and land use, annexations, building and development
<br />regulations, code enforcement, economic development, planning and tourism, workforce
<br />development, environment and sustainability, and other ad hoc matters as assigned.
<br />While the Governor's Proclamation 20-28 is in effect, the meeting will be conducted
<br />electronically with telephonic access published on each agenda. When in-person
<br />meetings resume, the location will be at Tukwila City Hall in the Hazelnut conference
<br />room, 6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila, Washington.
<br />3. Finance and Governance Committee meetings shall be held on the
<br />second and fourth Monday of every month commencing at 5:30 p.m. This Committee will
<br />provide policy recommendations on legislative matters relating to financial management
<br />and fiscal operations of the City, administrative services, insurance, personnel,
<br />compensation, technology systems, government performance, public records, and other
<br />ad hoc matters as assigned. While the Governor's Proclamation 20-28 is in effect, the
<br />meeting will be conducted electronically with telephonic access published on each
<br />agenda. When in-person meetings resume, the location will beat Tukwila City Hall in the
<br />Hazelnutconference room, 6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila, Washington.
<br />4. Community Services and Safety Committee meetingsshall be held on the
<br />first and third Monday of every month commencing at 5:30 p.m. This Committee will
<br />provide policy recommendations on legislative matters relating to police, fire, emergency
<br />services, municipal court, public safety facilities, animals, community engagement
<br />human services, parks, recreation, youth and senior services, golf course, community
<br />center, library, publicart, social equity and justice, and other ad hoc matters as assigned.

<br />electronically with telephonic access published on each agenda. When in-person
<br />meetings resume, the location will be in the Foster conference room, 6300 Southcenter
