1111111111111111111111111111 <br />111111111111111 <br />11111111111 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DESIGNATING <br />ADIB ALTALLAL AS REPRESENTATIVE AND <br />BRYAN STILL AS ALTERNATE, TO SERVE ON THE <br />METROPOLITAN WATER POLLUTION ABATEMENT <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE (MWPAAC); AND <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1715. <br />WHEREAS, RCW 35.58.210 provides for each metropolitan municipal corporation <br />authorized to perform water pollution abatement to establish a Metropolitan Water <br />Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee to be composed of representatives of each <br />component city and county within such metropolitan municipal corporation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has officially designated a representative to said <br />committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila finds it to be in the interest of the <br />City of Tukwila to be represented on said Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement <br />Advisory Committee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, <br />WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Adib Altallal is hereby designated as the representative of the City of <br />Tukwila to the Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee and Bryan <br />Still is hereby designated as alternate to said committee. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk's Office shall forward a copy of this resolution to the <br />Metropolitan Water Pollution Abatement Advisory Committee in care of Marla Oughton, <br />King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment <br />Division, M.S. KSC-NR-5501, 201 South Jackson Street, Seattle WA 98104-3854. <br />Section 3. Repealer.
