Ordinance Nos. 1795 §2 (part), 1997; Ord. 1770 §33, 1996; Ord. 1758 §1 <br />(part), 1995 as codified in TMC Chapter 18.56 Off street Parking and Loading <br />Regulations, are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Loading c Requirements <br />Off street space for standing, loading and unloading services shall be provided in such <br />a manner as not to obstruct freedom of traffic movement on streets or alleys.
