BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. Fleet Leasing Program <br />Staff recommends changing to a fleet leasing system and provided a program overview. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Trash Pickup and Graffiti Cleaning <br />Staff provided an overview on current efforts toward a "Tukwila Clean" messaging and <br />awareness campaign that will help connect residents with information, resources, and <br />volunteer opportunities. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Consider presentation to COPCAB. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C. Project Completion- Minkler Restroom Remodel <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of project closeout and release of retainage in the amount of <br />$276,260.21 with Saybr Contractors Inc. and The Gordian Group for the Minkler Restroom <br />Remodel Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 21, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />
