Project Completion- Public Works Fleet & Facilities Shop Fence & Gates Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of project closeout and release of performance bond with <br />Fence Specialists LLC in the amount of $128,502.33 for the Public Works Shops Fence & Gates <br />Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 21, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />E. Public Works Fleet & Facilities Shop Project Update <br />Staff presented an update on the Project, which is on schedule and on budget. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />F. Grant Award- Transportation Demand Management Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept a WSDOT Regional Mobility Grant Program Award in <br />the amount of $336,000 for 2021-2023. Funding will continue TDM efforts to reduce traffic <br />congestion improve air quality. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 21, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />II. Miscellaneous <br />Councilmember Quinn noted that heavy truck traffic continues to be a problem in neighborhoods. <br />The Committee requested a future agenda item on the topic. <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:24 p.m. <br />Committee Chair Approval <br />Minutes by LH <br />
