City of Tukwila <br />City Council Transportation & Infrastructure Services Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 12, 2021- 5:30 p.m. - Electronic Meeting due to COVID-19 Emergency <br />Councilmembers Present: Verna Seal, Chair, De'Sean Quinn, Thomas McLeod <br />Staff Present: Rachel Bianchi, Emily Miner, Eric Compton, Gail Labanara, Scott Bates, <br />Hari Ponnekanti, Brittany Robinson, Adam Cox <br />Guest: Haran Rashes, Rachel Fenton, Zak Kennedy, Joel Bush, Matthew Bates <br />Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />I. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. 53rd Avenue South Traffic Revision Update and Sidewalk Plan <br />Staff is developing cost estimates to add sidewalks, keep 53" Ave S as one-way northbound, <br />return 52' Pl S to northbound and design 53' Ave S widening for two-way traffic for <br />construction when funding becomes available. Committee members expressed support for <br />this option. <br />Item(s) requiring follow-up: <br />Continue close communication with neighborhood. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. Return to committee. <br />B. Ordinance and Resolution: Interim Small Wireless Facilities Code <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance that would adopt an emergency interim code <br />to regulate Small Wireless Facilities and a resolution to update the Consolidated Permit Fee <br />Schedule accordingly. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to April 12, 2021 Committee of the Whole and Special Meeting. <br />II.
