BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Fleet & Facilities Tenant Improvements Project Update <br />Staff provided an update on the construction progress for the Fleet & Facilities Tenant <br />Improvement Project, which is on schedule and approximately 82% complete, yet may be <br />impacted by supply chain issues. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program Update and Purchase Request <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to purchase ten Radar Driver Feedback signs, two portable <br />Radar Driver Feedback signs, and two Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Crosswalk systems <br />in a total amount of $90,803.47. Staff also presented the proposed projects for 2022. <br />Councilmember Seal inquired about decision making around the plans to install speed <br />cushions on 37th Avenue South and South 140th. Staff confirmed that the location has been <br />prioritized and planned since 2020. Committee members and staff discussed the importance <br />of providing transparency and communication to the public around the program. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 15, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. State of the City's Bridges <br />Staff presented on the status of the City's bridges after completion of the 2021 inspections. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />
