Duwamish River Basin Steward Proposal <br />Staff discussed a forthcoming interlocal agreement to create a new Duwamish Basin <br />Stewa rd. <br />Councilmember Quinn announced he would recuse himself from discussion or decisions on items <br />D and E. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />E. Grant Acceptance: Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept $300,000 in grant funding form the King County <br />Flood Control District for the Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval (Quinn recused). Forward to November 15, 2021 Regular Meeting. <br />F. Resolution: 2022 Legislative Agenda <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution adopting the 2022 state legislative agenda <br />and described changes as well as comments made at the Finance & Governance Committee. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
