Subtask 9.1 Survey Control <br />The CONSULTANT shall perform all survey control in accordance with the City of Tukwila <br />Public Works Department, Infrastructure Design and Construction Standards (2019). <br />Survey control plans must at a minimum describe all monuments, the geometry of, and <br />references used to establish the right-of-way, lines referencing the right-of-way, property lines, <br />easements, and any rights in real property shown. The <br />CONSULTANT shall provide an electronic PDF copy of the survey control plan with <br />the 30 percent design submittal using the CITY -provided project -specific title block. <br />Subtask 9.2 Topographic Surveying and Mapping <br />The CONSULTANT shall perform topographic surveying and mapping in the locations <br />identified in Attachment 1. Mapping limits will be Right -of -Way to Right -of -Way plus 10 feet <br />where possible. The entirety of parcels 7661600211, 7661600208, and 8733000070 will be <br />mapped.
