Deliverable(s) <br />• ROW plans showing the existing and proposed ROW and both permanent and temporary <br />easements required for project. This will include identifying the property owners affected by <br />the project, and those calculated areas needed for the acquisition of real property and the <br />temporary and permanent easements <br />Subtask 8.3 Right -of -Way Exhibits <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare, at the request of the CITY, exhibits which may aid in <br />discussions between the property owner and the ROW acquisition agent. <br />Assumptions(s) <br />• Exhibits prepared under this task will not be used for the recording of deeds. <br />• SUBCONSULTANT will prepare all the legal descriptions, including those needed for ROW <br />acquisition, and temporary and permanent easements. <br />• Up to 4 exhibits will be needed for the project. <br />Deliverable(s) <br />Up to 4 exhibits and legal descriptions. <br />TASK 9.0 SURVEYING (1 -ALLIANCE) <br />The project is located within the City of Tukwila. The CITY requires a topographic survey as the <br />basis for engineering work for projects within the right-of-way. Surveys are required to protect <br />the CITY, private property, easements, rights-of-way, and are essential for accurately planning, <br />engineering, and constructing improvements in the right-of-way. <br />1 Alliance Geomatics, under a subconsultant agreement with the CONSULTANT, will conduct a <br />topographic survey to the limits shown in Attachment 1 for the project location to develop a base <br />map to be used in the design documents. <br />Work consisting of the Practice of Land Surveying performed for the CITY shall be done by or <br />under the direction of a surveyor licensed to practice in the state of Washington and shall <br />conform to all Revised Code of Washington Statutes and Washington Administrative Codes <br />(WACs) pertaining to surveying and engineering. <br />CONSULTANT shall coordinate with and conform to CITY requirements for traffic control and <br />street use permits for work under this contract. <br />Assumption(s) <br />• The approximate limits of the survey to be conducted are shown in Attachment 1. <br />• See general list of project assumptions. <br />• Underground utility locates are included in this scope of work. <br />• The CITY and/or engineer will be using GIS and other as -built data, in conjunction <br />with surveyed surface observables, for general utility mapping on the project. <br />• Individual parcel lines and boundary resolutions are included in this scope of work. <br />• Traffic control work is included in this scope of work, where needed. <br />City of Tukwila S 149th St to S 150th St Water Main Replacement <br />WSP, 202311491 <br />Tukwila, Washington <br />July 2(003 <br />Page 10 of 16 <br />
