Section 4. In the event a holiday falls on a Monday, there will be no Council <br />Committee meetings during that week. Time sensitive matters may be placed directly on <br />a Committee of the Whole agenda, or a Committee meeting may convene with approval <br />by all members. <br />Section 5. In the event there is a fifth Monday in a month, there will be no Council <br />Committee meetings during that week. <br />Section 6. The City Council will re-evaluate this pilot meeting schedule framework <br />to determine if it furthers the goals of efficiency, transparency, and collaboration no later <br />than July 1, 2024. <br />Section 7. Repealer.
