Thomas McLeod, Mayor <br />Department of Community Development - No Gierloff; MCP, Director <br />CITY OF TUKWILA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION (PC) <br />MINUTES <br />Date: February 22, 2024 <br />Time: 6:30 p.m. <br />Location: Hybrid Meeting - via Microsoft Teams / Public, In -Person Attendance, Council Chambers, 6200 <br />Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98188 <br />Call to Order <br />Vice Chair Mann called the Tukwila PC meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />Roll Ca11 <br />The PC Secretary took roll call. <br />Present: Vice Chair Sharon Mann; Commissioners Louise Strander, Alexandria Teague, Martin <br />Probst, and Ann Durant <br />PC Vacancy: One PC position is currently vacant. <br />Unexcused Absence: Chair Apneet Sidhu <br />Staff: Director Nora Gierloff, American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Department of <br />Community Development (DCD); Long Range Planning Manager Nancy Eklund, <br />AICP, DCD; Senior Planner Neil Tabor, AICP, DCD; Senior Program Manager <br />(Transportation) Cyndy Knighton, PW; and PC Secretary Wynetta Bivens, DCD <br />Consultant: Emily Alice Allhart, Fehr & Peers, Project Manager <br />Amendment of the Agenda <br />No changes to the agenda were requested. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Commissioner Strander moved to adopt the 1/25/24 Minutes. Commissioner Probst seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />Commissioner Strander moved to adopt the 2/8/24 Minutes. Commissioner Mann seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried.
