Definition: A parking lot that is located between a building and the primary street fronting a <br />development. <br />Figure 14 Surface Parking Front <br />2. Street Front Parking <br />a. This regulates the width of parking area allowed between a building and the closest street. <br />b. For new construction the maximum width of street front parking is regulated by corridor type, <br />see Figures 3 -10. <br />c. This standard does not apply when adding on to an existing building, constructing a parking <br />garage or where there is an existing structure at least as wide as the proposed structure <br />between the new construction and the closest street. <br />d.
