Draft Chapter 18.28 Tukwila Urban Center (TUC) District <br />18.28.160 FRONT YARD <br />A. Setback <br />1. The minimum required front yard setback shall be as specified in the applicable Corridor Type <br />Chart, see Figures 3 -10. <br />B. Landscaping <br />1. The minimum required landscaping shall be as specified in the applicable Corridor Type Chart. <br />2. Front yard landscaping requirements shall be waived if the public frontage improvements are built <br />to the required standard. <br />18.28.170 ON -SITE SURFACE PARKING LOCATION <br />A. Permitted locations <br />1. The permitted on -site surface parking locations on a parcel shall be as specified in the applicable <br />Corridor Type Chart. See 18.28.260 for additional parking regulations. <br />B. On Site Parking Types <br />Parking areas shall be designed as one of the Parking Types defined in this section. A property's <br />permitted parking types shall be as specified by Corridor Type. For all parking types, parking shall be <br />connected with the street by a driveway as stated under Vehicular Access in Section 18.28.260.C. <br />1.
