In order to provide vehicular access to parking areas in the interior or at the rear of a parcel if no <br />other access is available, vehicular breezeways may count toward frontage coverage requirements: <br />a. A vehicular breezeway is a covered driveway penetrating the building. <br />The width of a vehicular breezeway shall not exceed the width of the curb cut plus the width of <br />an adjacent pedestrian sidewalk. <br />2.
