b. For the County: The Minimum Contiguity of Service Condition must be <br />met, such that the County is only obligated to enter into the Agreement if the <br />County will be providing Animal Services in areas contiguous to the City, <br />whether by reason of having an Agreement with another City or due to the <br />fact that the City is contiguous to unincorporated areas (excluding <br />unincorporated islands within the City limits). The Minimum Contiguity of <br />Service Condition may be waived by the County in its sole discretion. The <br />County shall provide the City notice meeting the requirements of Section <br />14.g no later than July 21, 2012 if the Minimum Contiguity of Service <br />Condition has not been met. <br />c. On or before August 21, 2012, the County shall send all Contracting Cities an <br />informational email notice confirming the final list of all Contracting Cities <br />with Agreements that have gone into effect. <br />16. Administration.
