�0/ <br />City of Tukwila <br />Planning Commission <br />Planning Commission (PC) Worksession Minutes <br />Date: February 28, 2013 <br />Time: 6:30 PM <br />Location: City Hall Council Chambers <br />Present: Thomas McLeod, Chair; Louise Strander, Vice - Chair; Commissioners, Mike Hansen, Brooke <br />Alford, Cassandra Hunter, Sharon Mann and Miguel Maestes <br />Staff: Nora Gierloff, Deputy DCD Director and Rebecca Fox, Senior Planner <br />Chair McLeod opened the worksession at 6:35 PM. <br />Minutes: <br />A welcome was extended to Miguel Maestes, the new PC Member. <br />Staff introduced guest speaker Anne Fritzel from the Growth Management Services section of the Department <br />of Commerce. She gave a presentation about the relationship between the history of the Growth Management <br />Act (GMA), the requirements of the multi- county planning policies and the goals and policies in local <br />comprehensive plans.
