Applicant shall be responsible for obtaining a sign <br />permit for any proposed signs, unless they are exempt under Tukwila’s Sign Code. <br />2.Plans submitted for construction shall reference 2012 Building codes. <br />3.A Transportation Impact Fee in the amount of $19,218.78 applies to the future Building permit (or) future Public <br />Works permit.
