BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Tiny House Village Proposals <br />Staff and representatives from Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) briefed the committee on <br />proposals to tiny house villages at 14925 Interurban Avenue South (14925 Interurban Avenue <br />South) and Riverton United Methodist Church (3118 S. 140th St). <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Proceed with review and analysis of potential code changes to address tiny house villages. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to March 28, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />Councilmember Quinn exited the meeting room for the next agenda item. <br />B. Wadajir Development Agreement <br />Staff updated the Committee on efforts to negotiate a Development Agreement with Forterra <br />for the Wadajir project located at 14110 Tukwila International Boulevard. Currently staff <br />recommends Forterra construct 125 parking stalls onsite and on surrounding streets and <br />require a onetime parking mitigation fee. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Engage further with Bellwether on parking issues and lessons learned from their facility. <br />• Provide information about any city plans for sidewalk development in project area. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Return to Committee. <br />Councilmember Quinn returned to the meeting room. <br />
