3. RENTON RESPONSIBILITIES <br />4 TUKWILA RESPONSIBILITIES <br />These contact persons will meet on an "as needed" basis to serve as a coordination <br />body among the Parties <br />2 5 The final acceptance of the Project shall be by the County after review and approval <br />by the Cities <br />2 6 The schedule for the Project shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties <br />2 7 Training shall be provided by the County to the Cities for the signal controllers and <br />cabinets installed with this Project. <br />2 8 Training shall be provided by the County to Tukwila for the Transit Pnonty Request <br />equipment installed with this Project. <br />3 1 Renton shall provide written comments, if any, to the County within fourteen days <br />after Renton receives the plans and specifications that affect the portion of the Project <br />within Renton The County Road Engineer and the Renton City Manager shall make <br />the final determination whether any changes shall be made, if feasible <br />3 2 Renton hereby grants the County nght of entry into the corporate limits of Renton for <br />the purpose of performing any and all tasks necessary to complete the Project. <br />3 3 Renton shall commit $50,000 for design and construction of the Project. <br />3 3 1 The County will bill Renton for the $50,000 commitment upon approval of <br />this Agreement. <br />3 3 2 Renton shall pay the County within thirty days of receiving the invoice <br />3 4 As an alternative to the $50,000 commitment from Section 3 3, Renton has the option <br />to construct Renton's own project to provide the installation of fiber optic cable <br />between the Renton TMC and the Trans Valley ITS Corridor "Renton Project All <br />costs associated with the Renton Project, whether or not in excess of $50,000, shall be <br />the full responsibility of Renton <br />4 1 Tukwila shall provide written comments, if any, to the County within fourteen days <br />after Tukwila receives the plans and specifications that affect the portion of the <br />Project within Tukwila.
