of Tukwila's Heanng Examiner in accordance with Chapter 2 76 of the Tukwila <br />Municipal Code <br />2 Responsibilities of the Citv of SeaTac <br />(a) Provide plan review services for the City of Tukwila on an as- needed basis <br />(b) Provide field inspection services for the City of Tukwila on an as- requested <br />basis, and as required by State and local laws and regulations <br />(c) Provide telephone consultation with electrical contractors performing work in <br />the City of Tukwila on an as- needed basis. <br />(d) Provide the City of Tukwila with a bi- monthly report of the progress of plan <br />reviews and of field inspections and the results thereof. <br />(e) The City of SeaTac Electrical Inspectors will work and coordinate with the <br />City of Tukwila's Building Inspectors to provide the highest possible level of <br />service throughout the City of Tukwila. <br />3 Consideration. The City of Tukwila will collect all fees in accordance with the <br />Electncal Permit Fee Schedule attached as Appendix "A" The fees collected will be <br />paid by the City of Tukwila to the City of SeaTac, less 10 following completion of <br />services, on a monthly basis <br />4 Administration. It is recognized that this Interlocal Agreement has been formulated to <br />provide broad outlines of responsibilities, and it is anticipated that the details of the <br />relationship formed by this agreement will be amved at through written understandings <br />between the Building Officials of the respective cities. In the event such Officials are <br />unable to agree on any provision relative to the administration of this Interlocal <br />Agreement, any such dispute shall be resolved at a meeting of the City Manager of the <br />City of SeaTac and the City Administrator of the City of Tukwila. In the event the City <br />Manager and the City Administrator are unable to arrive at a resolution of the dispute, <br />the parties have the option of terminating this agreement as provided herein. <br />5 Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement upon wntten notice to the <br />other City not less than ninety (90) days pnor to the intended date of teiiiiination, unless <br />some shorter time penod is deemed acceptable by both cities <br />6 Indemnification. The City of SeaTac hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and <br />hold harmless the City of Tukwila, its successors and assigns and the officers, employees <br />and agents of each "Indemnities from and against any and all claims of third parties <br />and losses, harm, cost, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, but not limited to, <br />reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from willful or negligent acts or omissions of the City <br />of SeaTac including, but not limited to acts which abrogate the public duty doctrine; <br />PROVIDED, however, that the City of SeaTac shall not be required to so indemnify any <br />2 <br />
