such Indemnity against liability for damages caused by or resulting from the sole <br />negligence of Indemnities, PROVIDED FURTHER that if such damages are caused by or <br />result from the concurrent negligence of Indemnities and the City of SeaTac or its <br />officers, employees, or agents, then the City of SeaTac's Indemnity hereunder shall be <br />limited to the extent of the negligence of the City of SeaTac <br />The City of Tukwila hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City <br />of SeaTac, its successors and assigns and the officers, employees and agents of each <br />"Indemnities from and against any and all claims of third parties and losses, harm, cost <br />liabilities, damages and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' <br />fees) ansmg from willful or negligent acts or omissions of the City of Tukwila including, <br />but not limited to acts which abrogate the public duty doctnne, PROVIDED, however, <br />that the City of Tukwila shall not be required to so indemnify any such Indemnity against <br />liability for damages caused by or resulting from the sole negligence of Indemnities, <br />PROVIDED FURTHER that if such damages are caused by or result from the concurrent <br />negligence of Indemnities and of the City of Tukwila or its officers, employees, or <br />agents, then the City of Tukwila's indemnity hereunder shall be limited to the extent of <br />the negligence of the City of Tukwila. <br />7 Amendment or Modification.
