Tukwila has a lower percentage of single family housing units compared to the <br />other cities and the County. Tukwila also has the highest percentage of units in all structures ten units or larger. In <br />Tukwila, approximately 54% of the housing units are multifamily, 42% are detached single family dwelling units, and <br />approximately 2.8% are manufactured or mobile homes.
