JACOBS <br /> Scope of Work <br /> (Continued) <br /> PHASE 3 - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br /> 1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> The CONSULTANT shall provide continuous project management and administration of services under <br /> this agreement. This work element includes preparing monthly invoices and progress reports, including <br /> the status of individual work elements, number of meetings attended, change management status, <br /> outstanding information required and work items planned for the following month. <br /> The CONSULTANT's Project Manager shall maintain communication with the COUNTY's Project Manager <br /> and the CONSULTANT's Project Team via meetings,telephone discussions, emails and other means <br /> necessary. An FTP site may be used for file transfer. <br /> The CONSULTANT's project manager shall provide direction to the project team including subconsultants <br /> supporting this project. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The project management for this phase is assumed for 16 month;CONSULTANT may provide <br /> services beyond this duration as requested by COUNTY and within limits of available budget. <br /> • The construction phase is anticipated to be approximately 16 months. <br /> • Headlight system will not be used in this Construction Support service. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly Invoices and Progress Reports(up to 16) <br /> • Meeting minutes <br /> 2 ENGINEERING SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION <br /> 2.1 Attending Pre-Construction <br /> The CONSULTANT shall attend the pre-construction meeting prepare to answer any questions from the <br /> Contractor or the City regarding the construction. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> ■ Meeting notes and comments associated with the meetings. <br /> 2.2 Construction Coordination and Field Visits <br /> The CONSULTANT shall attend the construction coordination meetings and visit the site as requested by <br /> the CITY and/or required for clarification of construction-related issues or review of unusual or <br /> unanticipated conditions. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> ■ The scope of this task is based on attending monthly basis, an initial estimate of up to 16 site <br /> visits. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Meetings/Site visit reports (up to 16) <br /> • Technical memorandum regarding constructability issues or field revisons. <br /> SOW BAR DSDC 2017.01.09 <br /> 14 <br />
