Scope of Work <br /> (Continued) <br /> 2.3 Response to Contractor's RFI's <br /> The CONSULTANT shall review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs)throughout the <br /> construction period when requested by the CITY. Coordination and follow-up efforts will be provided to <br /> ensure a timely review. CONSULTANT shall maintain a log of RFI's showing the level of efforts required <br /> for each and the log will be available for the CITY as requested. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The scope of this task is based upon an initial estimate of up to 100 RFI's at four(4)hours per RFI. <br /> • The Contractor is responsible for updating design record drawings to reflect responses to RFI's <br /> with redlines on record set. As-built plans will be prepared based on these changes at the end of <br /> construction by the CONSULTANT as specified in Section 4.2 of this Scope. . <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Responses to RFI's (electronic files) <br /> • RFI's Log <br /> 2.4 Shop Drawings & Construction Submittals Review <br /> The CONSULTANT shall review the construction shop drawings and other Contractor submittals at the <br /> request of the CITY for general conformance with the Contract Plans and Specifications.All reviewed <br /> shop drawings and submittals will be returned with shop drawing stamped indicating appropriate action. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The scope of this task is based on an initial estimate of up to SO submittals at 10 hours per <br /> submittal. <br /> • The Contractor is responsible for updating design record drawings to reflect any changes in the <br /> submittals with redlines on record set. As-built plans will be prepared based on these changes at <br /> the end of construction by the CONSULTANT as specified in Section 4.2 of this Scope. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Reviewed shop drawings and submittals (electronic files unless requested otherwise) <br /> • Submittal Log <br /> 3 Environmental Compliance (Widener & Associates) <br /> 3.1 NPDES Compliance <br /> The CONSULTANT shall -provide weekly NPDES"oversight to assure the Contractor compliant with the <br /> NPDES permit throughout the construction duration. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> ■ The scope of this task is based on 14-month construction duration. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> ® Weekly Inspection Reports submitted to the DOE and copies to the City. <br /> 4 POST-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> 4.1 Bridge Load Rating Report <br /> The CONSULTANT shall complete the bridge load rating analysis based on the as-built conditions and <br /> SOW BAR DSDC 2017.01.09 <br /> 15 <br />
