Payroll and payroll logs will adhere to WSDOT <br />LAG requirements. <br />5.11 Weekly Statement of Working Days: Prepare and issue weekly statement of working day report each <br />week. <br />5.12 TIB Reporting/Coordination: Prepare and track all necessary reports and documentation for pay <br />requests, scope changes, and change orders. <br />5.13 Subcontractor Documentation: Process/approve all required subcontractor documentation per <br />WSDOT Highways & Local Program Requirements. Request to Sublets will be verified and logged. <br />This includes verifying business licensing, reviewing insurance documentation, verifying client <br />business licensing, Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage and Affidavit of Wages Paid. All subcontractor <br />documentation will be logged into WSDOT's subcontractor logs. <br />5.14 Cost Projections: Prepare up to four cost projections for the project. Projections to be based on the <br />current amount paid to date, pending change orders, quantity projections, and other information. A <br />memo to file at substantial completion will be written outlining all of the over/under-run in <br />accordance with the WSDOT LAG and CM Manual. <br />5.15 Record Drawings: Review record drawings prepared by the Contractor and Utilities, and prepare a <br />conformed set of project record drawings based on Contractor provided information and from <br />inspection notes. Record drawings to be verified on a monthly basis, as part of the progress payment <br />to the Contractor. Upon project completion, contractor provided markups will be verified for <br />completeness and supplemented with inspection information. A final AutoCAD set of Record <br />Drawings will be prepared based on redline construction records. <br />5.16 Physical Completion Letter: Following completion of all punchlist work, prepare physical completion <br />letter to the contractor, and recommend that client and/or Utilities accept the project. <br />5.17 Project Closeout: Transfer all project documents to the client for permanent storage. A thumb drive <br />or CD will be provided with all electronic documents and pictures. <br />5.18 Environmental Permitting: The Consultant will review the Contractor's SWPPP and Construction <br />Stormwater General Permit monitoring plan prepared by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be <br />responsible for implementation and permit compliance. <br />5.19 Submittals: Coordinate review process for shop drawings, samples, traffic control plans, test reports, <br />and other submittals from the Contractor for compliance with the contract documents. Key <br />submittals to be transmitted to the Client for their review and approval. Submittals shall be logged <br />and tracked. <br />5.20 Request for Information ("RFI"): Review and respond to RFIs. RFIs shall be logged and tracked. <br />5.21 Record of Materials ("ROM"): Utilize ROM and update based on Special Provisions and Plans for use <br />on the project, based on the contract specifications and WSDOT/LAG requirements. Maintain the <br />ROM according to WSDOT Highways & Local Program Requirements.
