Is the crime mapping app up and running yet? No, there <br />have been technical difficulties. What are the biggest staffing issues, <br />retirements, recruiting or retention? Chief, all have been keeping him up at <br />night. About 30% of our officers are eligible to retire. Typical attrition is 5 <br />per year. Recruiting is an issue nationwide, everyone is having difficulties <br />with this piece due to the issues in some departments.
