TASK 11.0 DIRECTED SERVICES <br />This task is intended to cover project activities that are likely to be required, but for which the <br />scope and level of effort cannot accurately be defined. <br />Deliverable(s) <br />• The deliverables for this task are to be determined (TBD) if and when the additional <br />efforts are required <br />TASK 12.0 AD, BID, AND AWARD SERVICES <br />Subtask 12.1 Bid Advertisement Assistance <br />The CONSULTANT shall assist the CITY in preparing the contract bid documents for <br />advertising and getting them uploaded to an internet site of their choice for contractors to <br />download and review during the bid review process. It is assumed this assistance will be for a <br />two-week timeframe. <br />Subtask 12.2 Prepare Response to Bidder Inquiries <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide formal responses to comments received by the CITY during <br />the bid advertisement period. The responses to the comments will be submitted to the CITY for <br />further distribution and dissemination to the contract plan holders. It is assumed that the <br />CONSULTANT will provide up to thirty (30) formal responses. It is assumed there will be a <br />four-week bid period. <br />Assumptions(s) <br />• Assume thirty (30) responses will be required <br />Deliverable(s) <br />• Up to thirty (30) formal responses to bidder inquiries <br />Subtask 12.3 Prepare Addenda <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare addendum packages to the contract bid documents as <br />requested by the CITY. It is assumed that the CONSULTANT will provide up to two (2) <br />addenda.
