Only the extension through the church property from the <br />west end of S149th St to the tie in at Macadam Rd S is included. <br />• The CITY will lead coordination efforts for any required permits. <br />• The CITY will provide rights -of -entry onto private lands prior to environmental <br />explorations, if required, and geotechnical investigations, including drilling. The <br />CONSULTANT will provide a list of private property access that will be required. The <br />CITY will be responsible for making all initial contact and subsequent arrangements, if <br />required, for rights -of -entry to private property. The CONSULTANT will subsequently <br />be responsible for notifying both the CITY and the property owner regarding the timing <br />of the work. The <br />estimated level of effort is based upon the assumptions and task descriptions provided below. <br />Efforts to complete these tasks can vary from the effort assumed for the preparation of the level <br />of effort shown in Attachment 3.
