County will also calculate and inform the City as to the Reconciliation Adjustment <br />Amount on or before June 30 of each year, as described in Section 6 below and <br />Exhibit D, in order to reconcile the Estimated Payments made by the City in the <br />prior Service Year. The City (or County, if applicable) will pay the Estimated <br />Payment, and any applicable Reconciliation Adjustment Amounts as follows (a list <br />of all payment -related notices and dates is included at Exhibit C-7): <br />a. Service Year 2013: The County will provide the City with a calculation of the <br />Preliminary Estimated Payment amounts for Service Year 2013 on or before <br />August 1, 2012, which shall be derived from the Pre -Commitment Estimated <br />2013 Payment Amount set forth on Exhibit C-1, adjusted if necessary based <br />on the Contracting Cities and other updates to Calendar Year 2011 data in <br />Exhibit C-2. The County will provide the City with the Final Estimated <br />Payment calculation for Service Year 2013 by December 15, 2012. The City <br />will pay the County the Preliminary Estimated Payment Amounts for <br />Service Year 2013 on or before June 15, 2013 and December 15, 2013. If the <br />calculation of the Preliminary Estimated Payment shows the City is entitled <br />to receive a payment from the County, the County will pay the City such <br />amount on or before June 15, 2013 and December 15, 2013. The <br />Reconciliation Adjustment Amount for Service Year 2013 shall be paid on or <br />before August 15, 2014, as described in Section 6. <br />b. Service Years after 2013. <br />i. Initial Estimate by September 1. To assist the City with its budgeting <br />process, the County will provide the City with a non-binding, <br />preliminary indication of the Estimated Payments for the upcoming <br />Service Year on or before each September 1. <br />ii. Estimated Payment Determined by December 15. The Estimated <br />Payment amounts for the upcoming Service Year will be determined <br />by the County following adoption of the County's budget and <br />applying the formulas in Exhibit C. The County will by December 15 <br />provide written notice to all Contracting Parties of the schedule of <br />Estimated Payments for the upcoming Service Year. <br />iii. Estimated Payments Due Each Tune 15 and December 15. The City <br />will pay the County the Estimated Payment Amount on or before each <br />June 15 and December 15. If the calculation of the Estimated Payment <br />shows the City is entitled to receive a payment from the County, the <br />County will pay the City such amount on or before each June 15 and <br />December 15. <br />iv.
